Cardiff City striker Rudy Gestede has joined Blackburn Rovers on a short-term loan.
The 25-year old French-born Benin international will stay at Ewood Park until January but all parties have agreed to look at a permanent deal if the loan is a success.
Gestede, who has made five appearances off the bench for the Bluebirds this season, will go straight into Gary Bowyer's side for this weekend's meeting with Leeds United.
