Brighton loanee Murray throws support behind Potter

Brighton loanee Glenn Murray, who is at West Brom for the season, has backed boss Graham Potter.

Albion suffered a defeat to Southampton in the Premier League on Monday.

Murray was at the game working for BBC Radio 5 Live as an expert summarizer.

The result left Brighton in 16th and only four points off the drop zone.

But Murray thinks Potter will turn the club around in terms of results.

He said: "The club is going through a transitional period and they are going through it really well.

"It is perfect apart from the fact they are not getting as many goals as they would like.

"Once he gets that right I think he can really push the club forward."
