Barcelona face a battle to keep hold of their best kids as the B team face relegation.

Despite a 3-2 win at Sporting Gijon on Saturday, Barca B remain in the Segunda Liga relegation places.

Marca says only Carles Alena and Abel Ruiz are likely to be promoted to the first team next season, while several talented youngsters could be forced to quit Barca to maintain their career development.

Iñigo Ruiz de Galarreta, Marc Cucurella, Sergi Palencia and Carles Pérez have all attracted interest from Primera and foreign clubs this season.

Oriol Busquets and José Arnáiz could also seek moves away, despite their growing reputations inside La Masia.
