Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone is planning to count on Saul Niguez next season.
Last term, Saul spent the season on-loan at Rayo Vallecano and attracted interest from the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal.
However, AS says the youngster also impressed Simeone, who intends to include him his planning for next season.
Simeone sees Saul as cover for Gabi and Mario Suarez in his midfield.
