Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere admits former England captain David Beckham was an inspiration.
Wilshere remembers Beckham's short training stint with Arsenal fondly from last season, and was impressed by the former England captain's attitude despite being at the tail end of his career.
"He came to train with Arsenal just for one day and then the next day he was off to Paris Saint-Germain," Wilshere told Esquire.
"Just watching the way he goes about his game, he was 38 coming towards the end of his career but he was still putting in the effort in training, he still loved football."
