Arsenal fullback Cedric Soares was delighted to show off an early Christmas present.

Soares was keen to show off to his fans on social media a signed shirt from Daniel Alves.

He stated: "Thank you Dani Alves for this gift and for the dedication.

"You have always been my biggest reference and an athlete I admire. This shirt will always have a prominent place in my collection."

Daniel Alves, now with Pumas in Mexico, was part of Brazil's World Cup squad.
