Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta was tightlipped today about Granit Xhaka's comments.
The midfielder lambasted his teammates after Monday's night defeat at Newcastle United.
This morning, Arteta said: "What we do in the dressing room we don't comment it. When you allow someone in front of a microphone it's to express what they're feelings are.
"I prefer today not to comment too much on that. When you put a player in front of a mic it's for them to say what they think and knowing Granit it's what he thinks."
Arteta was also asked about signing Sao Paulo winger Marquinhos.
He added: "When there is a player to announce in the next few weeks we'll be dealing with that."
