Rogers produced a sensational campaign for the Villans, and even scored a goal and assisted in the Europa League final win over Freiburg to end their 30-year wait without a major trophy.
The 23-year-old is now garnering attention from top European clubs, including multiple in the Premier League, after it was revealed that Aston Villa need to sell one of their best players to comply with squad cost ratio regulations.
Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, and now Manchester United have all registered an interest in Rogers. According to The Athletic, Michael Carrick is a "firm advocate" of the England international.
Carrick worked with the powerful attacking midfielder during his time at Middlesbrough, and he's since been impressed by his incredible improvement following his switch to Villa in 2024.
Whilst United's director of football Jason Wilcox also admires his talent, the question is whether United would have enough resources to spend the money needed to bring in Rogers, given a significant chunk of their budget will be focused on addressing other areas.
Villa are looking for around £100 million for Rogers, so it remains to be seen whether any top club will pay that.
