Per the Liverpool Echo, the Reds are hiring David Woodfine as assistant sporting director to Richard Hughes.
The latter has only recently arrived from Bournemouth, with new football CEO Michael Edwards overseeing.
Woodfine has worked at Liverpool in the past, joining from West Ham back in 2014.
