That's according to Ok Diario's chief pundit, Eduardo Inda, when speaking on El Chiringuito.
Barca see Athletic Bilbao's Copa winning coach as a potential successor for Xavi, who remains on track to leave at the end of the season.

Inda said: "The continuity of Xavi depends on what happens on the 21st against Real Madrid at the Bernabu and what happens against PSG.
"(Joan) Laporta has several B plans and there is one that has been activated today. If Bara wins at the Bernabu and reaches the semifinals or the European Cup final, I find it difficult for Xavi to leave.
"In any case, there is another plan. Bara has contacted Txingurri Valverde. When he was at Bara he did frankly well. He enjoys a good reputation in Can Bara."
