That is the view of manager Mauricio Pochettino, who spoke about the club's off-season plans.
The Blues have come in for criticism after signing exclusively younger players with minimal top level experience.

Pochettino told reporters: "We need to bring more young players, we need to bring in some experienced players. But that is all about talking.
"It's about agreeing with the club, analyzing and designing the strategy for the next season and to go and fight for big things. That is really important.
"It's like we need to assess all the bodies. We need to assess why players were injured, the risk to suffer injuries in the future and the history of injuries within the club."
