He said: "(Pellegrini is) a coach who has been in the elite for so long, in such good teams and with always positive results, is because he has a high level, manages the groups very well and is capable of being brave in his approach.
"I was lucky enough to meet him when I was in the Real Madrid youth academy and he coached the first team and all the references I have about him are very good."
Giraldez also said: The good part is that we have had more sessions. We have been with them for a short time and it is always important to have sessions with many people available to work on collective things.
