The Athletic says the Premier League champions have reached an agreement with Cardiff for the club's 15-year-old jewel Timeo Whisker, who has had interest from several of the biggest clubs in England.
City are paying 250,000 for Whisker, who only needs to undergo a medical check before the transfer falls into place.

Whisker was born in France and is described as a particularly talented winger.
