The Dane worked with Tuchel at Borussia Dortmund and has rubbished claims the Bayern coach doesn't appreciate young players.
"The statements that Thomas Tuchel cannot work with young players are complete nonsense in my opinion," he told Transfermarkt.de.

"Of course Thomas is not someone who makes training easy and harmonious, but when he sees that you are developing as a young player and that you want to, he pushes you and takes extra time to help you progress.
"For me, Thomas Tuchel is a top coach."
