Sommer, 35, told RSI Sport: "The most important thing is that I live well. I do everything I can for my body and to perform at my best and I really enjoy playing football. Playing every three days and perfecting my performances is a great challenge and I need it. It's a challenge that allows me to always perform at my best, my level is also thanks to the attention I reserve for football day after day.
