"A few days after the season, with the intention of planning the next one as well as possible, I am very happy and proud to be able to welcome Raffaele Palladino as our new coach," said president Rocco Commisso.

"Raffaele strongly believes in our project, so much so that he chose us despite the many offers he received. I hope that, thanks to his enthusiasm, his ambition and his strong commitment to work, together we will be able to achieve important satisfactions."

Palladino joins from series rival Monza and has signed a contract until the summer of 2026.

Fiorentina has also secured an option to extend the coach until 2027.
