Manchester City are said to be ready to sell striker Liam Delap to a Premier League club.
The 21-year-old is back at City after a successful loan spell at Hull City last season.

City do want to hold onto Delap and use him as a homegrown player in their squad.
However, The Sun states that they will need to get rid of the England U21 forward, with Southampton keen.
City need to sell Palmer to avoid breaking the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability Regulations.
Selling youth players is preferable, as the money can be put on the books as a pure profit.
