Manchester United and Liverpool are both in the race to sign Sporting CP defender Goncalo Inacio.
The 22-year-old center half is a hot property in Europe as clubs seek left-sided defenders.

Inacio has become a regular at Sporting, as the team won the Portuguese league last term.
Per Fabrizio Romano, the two English giants will now do battle to secure his signature.
Inacio is not thought to have a preference, but may be swayed by Liverpool being in the Champions League.
The Red Devils, meanwhile, will be playing in the Europa League next term.
