Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag had a row with left-back Luke Shaw last season.
Towards the end of the campaign, Shaw requested that he spend some time during his injury recovery abroad.

When Ten Hag denied the request, Shaw was upset that other players had been allowed to go.
Per The Sun, Ten Hag did let Shaw go when his injury recovery progressed slower than expected.
The defender did not play before the end of the season, but may appear for England at Euro 2024.
Shaw is one of many senior players that United may move along in the summer to refresh the squad.
