Brazil international central defender Fabricio Bruno has rejected West Ham United.
The Hammers were close to thrashing out a deal to secure the 28-year-old's signature.

However, he appears to have decided to remain at Flamengo in Brazil instead.
Per The Mirror, the contract from West Ham was only until 2028 and did not include a big pay rise on his current deal.
As a result, he did not feel the move would be worthwhile, and the club are not eager to increase the offer.
West Ham are likely to move onto other targets, while Bruno will have to wait to see if any other European team bids for him.
