The Bees boss has been linked with several big jobs already this summer.
Norgaard said from Denmark's Euros camp: "Thomas deserves all the things that come his way. He has also had some knocks during his coaching career - especially in Brøndby - but he has come back nicely and has made good decisions.
"He has really seized the chance at a really good club. Now he has also matured and he is a coach who is ready to take on a bigger challenge if that is what he wants.
"But it is also still a challenge to stay in the Premier League with Brentford, and after a tough season I am sure that his ambitions are that we will try to do more."
Nørgaard also makes no secret of the fact that he follows what is happening.
"It's exciting to see. Usually it's player transfers, but I think it's exciting to see what's going to happen.
"He hasn't expressed anything to me in any case, but I hope he can be found at the club after the summer."
