Fabrizio Romano claims that the youngster, who has impressed for Chelsea Under-18s, has an Arsenal offer.
He has also shone at England Under-17s level, which is why so many clubs are seeking his signature.
One player who Arsenal are not signing this summer is Benjamin Sesko, who is staying at RB Leipzig.
