The former Mallorca and Espanyol coach has signed a one-year deal with Osasuna.
Moreno replaces Jagoba Arrasate, who has stepped down and is now in talks with Mallorca.

Joining Moreno will be Dani Pendin as assistant, Dani Pastor as head of performance and Ramon Alturo as an analyst.
Arrasate leaves Osasuna after six years in charge.
