But Diaz has moved to assure Reds fans of his commitment.
"I am very happy there in Liverpool, it is a fantastic team and club," Díaz told Gol Caracol.
"I have always wanted to play there, so I am very happy and calm. I don't think about anything else, I think about the Colombian national team, that's where we are."
