England coach Gareth Southgate admits the Euros could his last tournament in charge.
Southgate has been in charge of England since 2016, having worked inside the FA as a youth coach before then.

Speaking to BILD, the former Middlesbrough manager believes he could be shown the door if England fail to win this summer's tournament.
"If we don't win, I probably won't be here anymore. Then it might be the last chance," he said.
"If we want to be a big team and I want to be a top coach, then you have to deliver in the big moments."
Southgate's deal with the FA expires at the end of 2024.
