He told Radio 1: "It's difficult not to be disappointed in seeing Juventus in the last few games, because it's a team that even today approached the match that was really important really badly. They approached it with a lot of fear, with few ideas and perhaps even with the wrong formation.
"The changes during the match turned out to be wrong. It's a team that has lost its certainties and when you lose certainties you struggle to find the game.
"I also see a team with very little personality, even at the end of the game, after the defeat, I see a lot of fear in the eyes of these players. And in football today if you are afraid you can't play at certain levels, you can't wear the Juventus shirt.
"Here we need players with personality, who know how to face these difficult moments, because when you play in a team like Juventus you have to have courage, determination, but above all personality, which at the moment the team doesn't have."
