Llopis, an economist, was involved with the Espai Bara Commission.
He says Laporta doesn't run the club and instead "Alejandro Echevarra, Jorge Mendes, Rafa Yuste" manage the day-to-day.

Llopis also says Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has a big influence on Laporta's planning.
"Florentino drives the bike and Laporta goes by sidecar," Llopis told Radio Marca, where he recalled the moment he left, making it clear that if Laporta had not listened to the Madrid president, Leo Messi could have followed another season in the Barcelona:
"Florentino convinced him not to sign the CVC and enter the Super League. This would have raised the income and they would have kept Messi," said Llopis.
