"Mentally it was hard, because I still had to concentrate on football. It was really not easy to find the balance.
"There was so much written that I couldn't do anything, and in the end I stopped reading what was written about me.
"I still spoke to my family and the club, but that was all. Thanks to them, I finally got it all under control."
