Spurs suffer fresh fullback blow

Tottenham are facing a left-back crisis as they hope to finish in the top four.

The Premier League giants are aware they must win their remaining games to pip Aston Villa to a Champions League spot.

However, The Standard has revealed that Ben Davies has added to their injury woes.

The defender is out of action, with Destiny Udogie also on the sidelines due to a muscle problem.

Manager Ange Postecoglou also lost Timo Werner to injury against Arsenal at the weekend.

He stated after the loss: "Not good [injury news], we had a couple of issues from the game. Timo got a hamstring injury.

“There's two-and-a-half weeks left so he will miss the rest of the season and Ben Davies got a calf injury from the [Arsenal] game and he'll miss the rest of the season as well."
