Portugal coach Fernando Santos has dismissed form concerns for Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo.

Santos is adamant Ronaldo remains the best in the world.

"It doesn't concern me at all. Everything gets exaggerated when you're talking about the best player in the world.

"Anything he does that isn't out of this world runs the risk of his quality being called into question, but it's hard to question the quality of the best player in the world", Santos said when asked about the form of Real Madrid's Portuguese star."
