Brighton head coach Roberto De Zerbi had positive words for both Odel Offiah and Julio Enciso.
The Italian was not too downbeat after his team were beaten by Bournemouth.
Encisco came off the bench and could have scored on two occasions, but had to settle for a positive impact.
Head coach De Zerbi said: “Julio Enciso yesterday (Saturday) didn't work with the team.
“He is working not every day. He is working with pain in the knee.
“He still feels a problem and pain because if Julio feels good, Julio is one of the first XI."
On Offiah, De Zerbi added: “I think he played very well.
“I played with Odel Offiah and O'Mahony because Danny Welbeck couldn't play in the first XI. Julio as well.
“And for another reason, because I want to see energy, strong energy, motivation on the pitch."
