Former Spartak Moscow coach Raul Riancho has urged Cristiano Ronaldo to move to Russia.

Ronaldo saw his contract with Manchester United terminated this week, so making him a free agent.

Riancho says Zenit St Petersburg should bring Ronaldo together with another free agent, Artem Dzyuba.

"Ronaldo could be in Russia. Zenit is able to make a good offer. Is Dzyuba a free agent too? Ronaldo and Juba — it would be a wonderful bunch of attackers for Zenita!" laughed Riancho.

"Would they win the league? Of course!"
