Inter Milan vice-president Javier Zanetti says the board is right behind Roberto Mancini.

Zanetti insists Mancini is the coach to lead Inter back to the top.

"There is a great understanding with the Coach and this is very important," the 41-year-old said to Gazzetta dello Sport.

"We all believe in the work Roberto is doing. It isn't easy but we must all make a big effort, even us directors, to create a competitive group that will soon return to compete with the others at the top."
