QPR veteran Bobby Zamora has hit out at their critics ahead of tonight's meeting with Aston Villa.

Zamora scored in the emphatic 4-1 weekend win at West Brom which has put a real spring in their step.

He said: "Everyone writing you off telling you which games you can and can't win is bull**** in my eyes. It doesn't mean anything.

"People talk about it being a lifeline but we weren't really out of it to be honest.

"There were only a couple of points in it and there are plenty of points still available.

"It doesn't matter who you are playing, Chelsea, Man City, whoever it is we have all seen enough games when teams down the bottom have beat teams up the top."
