Former AC Milan defender Gianluca Zambrotta has been impressed by Sando Tonali.

The midfielder joined Milan last summer from Brescia.

“At 20, he seems to have the experience in his DNA, his maturity strikes you," Zambrotta told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“But let's remember he comes from Brescia, who fought for different targets. I know the difference between provincial camps and stadiums like Camp Nou or San Siro.

“If you are not mentally strong enough, you risk paying for it."
