Yacine Adli is delighted to be joining AC Milan for the new season.
Signed last season, the midfielder spent the campaign on-loan with Bordeaux.
Adli was presented to the local media today and said: "I'm ready to get involved in different roles, always in midfield. The coach has tried me in different roles, but for me it's important to play whatever the role.
"I am a bit atypical, because I can play the role in different positions. Among my best qualities there is the last step, good vision of the game and I always know how to find my space in the various game situations. But I am here to learn and improve myself.
"In France it is played very hard, with a lot of physical contrast, while in Italy it is based more on quality and technique. But I myself will have to know it by playing ..."
"I saw several AC Milan matches last season, I was impressed by the strength of the group, especially in the last few games of the season: the team is strong, very compact. I have no particular (favourite) players, but I trained with (George) Weah's son and he told me I said to look at Roberto Baggio as an example because I could have learned a lot from him."
