Worcester City's FA Cup hero Sean Geddes is a former Manchester United youth teamer.
Geddes sent Worcester racing into the second round of the FA Cup yesterday as they dumped out former winners Coventry.
The non-league Dragons produced a stunning upset at the Ricoh Arena - with Geddes, a 22-year-old part-timer and former Manchester United youth player, scoring both goals.
He said: "I started at Man Utd but got released at 16, and signed a three-year deal at Walsall.
"Danny Welbeck and Tom Cleverley were team-mates and when I left United I thought my hopes of a pro career were over.
"I work in a factory where we make Formula One and aircraft parts. I help make the brakes for the Mercedes F1 cars and the brakes for the planes.
"We get a few tickets for the races - but now we have done this I would love to get United if we can make it to the third round."
