Marcus Hahnemann could be back in MLS 11 seasons after he last played in North America's domestic league. The 38-year old, who made his first start for the USA national team since 2007 against Paraguay on Tuesday, has confirmed he is considering his future after falling out of favour with Wolves boss Mick McCarthy.
Hahnemann hasn't played for the English Premier League club since the FA Cup clash with Stoke City on January 30 and told goal.com that his native land is definitely calling, whether it be now or down the track.
"There's definitely a lot of thoughts about coming back to the MLS," the former Colorado Rapids man said.
"I just don't know if it's the right thing for me and my family right now. It's so much pressure coming back, and that was always the plan, to come back.
"With Portland, Vancouver in there, Seattle, Kasey (Keller) saying he's playing one more year, all these things it seems like it's kind of fitting in for me to come back.
"And, I don't know, if the timing is right, we'll do it."
