Wolves have joined the interest in Real Betis midfielder William Carvalho.

Diario de Sevilla says Wolves have approached Real Betis about the availability of Carvalho.

The 28-year-old defensive midfielder has suffered injuries this season, but Betis had hoped he could raise his value this summer at the European Championships, which has now been moved to next summer.

Along with Wolves, Leicester City are also interested in Carvalho.

Betis are eager to sell in order to help balance the books.
