Wolves, Everton contacted as James seeks Real Madrid exit

James Rodriguez is ready to leave Real Madrid - and Spain - this summer.

James has battled for first team action since returning from his loan at Bayern Munich last year and accepts he has little future in Madrid.

El Confidencial says his agent, Jorge Mendes, has now been instructed to find the Colombia captain a new club outside of Spain - and where he will be guaranteed regular first team football.

A moved to England has been mooted for James since the New Year, where Wolves and Everton have been mentioned as potential destinations.

And given James is putting regular football ahead of Champions League action the option of Wolves or Everton being his next club is gathering momentum.
