Wolves defender Matt Doherty insists the players will be ready for the Premier League's restart.

Doherty says the Wolves squad are primed to carry on their form before the season was suspended.

He told the club's website: “We were doing really well before the break and I just can't wait to resume and see where we finish. To win all nine matches will be difficult but we came off the back of a win over Tottenham and I don't see why we can't go and achieve something really special.

“Growing up, I always wanted to play in the Premier League and now I get to resume living my dream, which is playing games and I can't wait to get back. We're fighting on two fronts, in the Premier League and the Europa League, so a lot of things are possible."
