Manchester City remain interested in Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko.

Bild says City have informed Wolfsburg officials that they plan an imminent bid for the Bosnia international.

City have been in contact with the Germans about the striker, but are yet to lodge an offer.

However, City are now prepared to kickoff the auction with £33 million bid for Dzeko in the coming days.
