Champions Chelsea should focus on further success rather than paying special attention to its youngsters.
That is the sentiment of Graeme Souness who feels Jose Mourinho's plans to continue blooding inexperienced players such as Nathan Ake and Izzy Brown should take a back seat while the Blues are primed for further Premier League triumphs.
"I think genuine failure if you're Chelsea is not winning the big trophies," Souness said on Sky Sports.
"The failure of not introducing youngsters is a poor second. It's way down the road.
"I think the priority for Jose, as it should be if you ask any supporter, is to win trophies. But it'll be hard for him.
"Winning the Premier League back-to-back is not easy."
