Brazil international Willian has passed his medical at Tottenham and talks are continuing over a five-year deal, according to Sky sources. The fee involved for the 25-year-old Anzhi Makachkala midfielder is believed to be a Spurs record of £30m, but sources close to the player say he is still considering his options.
