Swansea City skipper Ashley Williams says the players are right behind manager Garry Monk.
Williams is confident Monk has got the club on track after standards 'slipped' last season.
He said: "It was a fact last year that standards slipped, especially off the field. But from day one, we had a meeting and spelt out how we want to go about things and we are bang on that at the minute.
"It's about the will to be the best you can be. I have always felt we have never had any stars but we have made the most of ourselves and we have pushed each other and I think it is about getting back to that."
