Ashley Williams is happy with his new contract at Swansea City.
The defender insists he never was carried away over the transfer rumours swirling around him.
"Was there interest? According to Sky Sports there was because the yellow ticker bar doesn't lie," smiled the centre-back with WalesOnline. "But you never really know. My phone didn't go off but apparently I had a couple of medicals. I had family members ringing me saying 'Are you in London?' and I was replying 'Why are you asking? You know I'm in Birmingham'.
"That's all part of it, but I was relaxed."
