Real Mallorca striker Aritz Aduriz is a £4 million target for Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez.

The Mirror says Martinez flew to his native Spain yesterday to watch the 28-year-old in Copa Del Rey action and hopes to bring him back to finalise a deal by the weekend.

Aduriz was Mallorca's top scorer last season but wants to come to England while he is still at his peak - and he could be the missing finisher Martinez is seeking.
