Real Mallorca striker Aritz Aduriz is sparking a Premiership transfer scramble ahead of the summer market.

Aduriz came close to joining Wigan Athletic in January and their manager Roberto Martinez remains interested in the centre-forward.

However, Martinez will face stiff competition for Aduriz, with Aston Villa, Tottenham and Birmingham City also being linked with the striker this week.

Aduriz has managed 12 goals this season as Mallorca close in on Champions League qualification.
