Middlesbrough striker Mido is on the verge of a move to Wigan reports FilGoal.Com.
Wigan have reportedly faxed an official offer to Boro for the Egyptian striker.
The Latics are said to be looking for a season-long loan deal, but would consider an outright sale.
Mido is unsettled at the Riverside with the lack of first team action and could well be tempted with the guarantee of a regular striking berth.
