Wigan Athletic boss Steve Bruce is delighted with his summer market work.

Bruce is pleased with the arrivals of Daniel de Ridder, Olivier Kapo, Amr Zaki and Lee Cattermole and he told setantasports.com: "I'm pleased. I think the squad is stronger than last year, so it gears us up very nicely, but the only problem is that everyone else keeps strengthening their squads and the teams we're playing against are very good as well."
